Hello UFA Families!!

Thank you for taking the time to join the presentation last night. I am excited that you get the opportunity to play and watch soccer in another country, create lifelong memories whilst being immersed in a completely different culture. As promised, please find all pertinent information below and/or attached. For those of you unable to attend the meeting, please see the presentation below.

Important information on how to register for the trips next spring is below:
 
Registration Site - the full details of your trip can be found and will be updated throughout and leading up to your trip on your customized registration site:

Payments - On your registration site, you'll see a section for "Payments". This will go over the pricing for all participants, please note that when you register, the system will auto-charge the card you used for registration on the payment dates.
 
Early Bird Discount – The deadline to register and receive the $150 discount per person is Friday, October 18th. The discount will automatically be applied, so be sure to register before this date to receive the per person discount.  

Registration Deadline – October 31st
 
Family Discount – Families of 4 or more are eligible for a family discount. First three family members pay full price, every family thereafter receives a 15% discount. Once registered, please email directly and I will apply the family discount manually.
 
Travel Insurance - Travel insurance is something we strongly recommend but it OPTIONAL and something you must decide if you want to purchase or not. If you want travel insurance, one option for you is our partner Travelex. All questions and claims (if you would need to file one) are handled directly by Travelex. • Reminder - if you want to include "pre-existing conditions" in your travel insurance, you need to purchase your travel insurance within 15 days of registering for the trip.
• Deadline - if you want travel insurance at all, it must be purchased at least 21 days before your trip.

Group Flight Information – We currently have 35 seats available which are first come, first serve priced at $1,235. If we need to request additional seats we cannot guarantee the same price or same routing. More details listed under the "Flight" tab on your registration site.
